Job Title: Spanish / Turkish / Portugal translator.

There are 2 positions in each language.

Resolve and respond to the queries of Spanish / Turkish / Portugal Customers respectively
Correctly respond and resolve customer issues.
Interact with management to prevent issues from reoccurring
Clearly document customer issues.
Monitor individual goals and priorities to meet requirements
Complete additional projects as assigned
Stay on track to complete goals in a fast paced environment
