I would like to rent somewhere near the beach/centre of town/nr hospital (NOT far out of the town centre) suitable for myself, husband and children 1yr and 3yrs.
House must be safe for children with all mod cons (air conditioning, running water) and be fully furnished.
We are students so are on a budget but willing to pay to get a nice place.

Why do you want a room near of the beach? You can even find about 20 mn walk to the beach. Due to your financial means i can look something better and less expensive for you.
