Moving to and working in Malta

My husband and I were married in Malta and fell in love with it. We have returned for our holidays several times and have decided that we would like to move there in the very near future. We would really appreciate some advise on how to find a place to live and work. We are both support workers for adults and young people with learning difficulties and the elderly. As much advise as poss please.
