You can at Gazzaz, Paris Gallery, however, if you go to Balad - Corniche center on the 5th floor there are tons of shops that apparently sell "branded" perfume/colognes if only u can spot the difference between an original and a knock off.
These are the same ones u get at Dubai Duty Free....just be careful which shop u go to....
