Hi Guys,

I am a student from the UK, who has been accepted to work in Mauritius on a 5 month Visa. However, at the last minute the visa people have asked for a chest x-ray and some blood tests, which will take me until the endo fnext week to get the results and fax them over.
My flight is on the 30th of June - will it be ok to fly in that date on a tourist visa, collect my Student visa, fly out to Reunion a week later and fly back in on my student Visa?

Im so confused, and panicking a lot!

Hi,

Its absolutely fine, you can travel on visit and exit and return back on student visa, also if you talk to visa officers here, you might get to switch tourist to student visa without exiting the country.
