Tokyo visit

Hi Bapi.

I was there in Japan last year, So here is my basic suggestions.
From Haneda to Narita there are bus facility available once you come out of the Airport.(Airport Limousine Bus), Also you can take a Rail service (Am not much aware of this)
There are also Taxi available in the Airport, but its very expensive. 
Bus service is most economical and easy. Drivers are very friendly and they inform well in advance once your stop arrives (Even though there is a announcement in the bus which is automatic one)
Travel time should be 1.20 min (Covering 75 kms)

I will be in Narita by 21st June Chennai to Bangkok to Narita. Will be in Tokyo for a week.
So where is your next stop after the transit in Tokyo.
