Hi everyone, how are you?
So I live in Riyadh, but I'm soon to be sent to Hofuf (Al Hasa) for a monthlong course by my company. The hotel in which I'm staying, the Coral Plaza, doesn't have much of a gym.
I'm into working out, so I was wondering if someone here could provide some info about a decent gym/health club near to the hotel, which would do a one-month membership for a fair sum. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just proper weights, machines and equipment.

there is a good gym called fitness time , very decent with multiple choices of membership

Thanks very much, I will check it out! Do you know if health clubs here close down during salah? Like do they make you stop working out? Or they will not let you enter during salah?
