Relocating to Namibia. What paperwork do in need ?

Good day

My fiance is being relocated by his company to go and work in Namibia. Please help what do we need to do we have 4 kids ages 9, 11, 15 and 18. Then I have 4 dogs aswell that i want to take with. What paper work do I need. Please help!!!! My head is spinning and I cant find the right answers any place.
