If i buy ticket from Bahrain to my country do i have any problem in the border to go from KSA. any rules and regulation related to travel from Bahrain.

No not at all
You just show them the the ticket and keep copy of your iqama in the way back to Bahrain from your contry
I was coming friom turkey to Bahrain in Turkey they've ey refused to let me go till i show them the iqama
