I tried to deposit SR.5k into NCB Quick Pay ATM at Al-Wazarath, Riyadh, Unfortunately ATM went into Sleep mode and Restarted, And neither my money gets deopsited into my Bank Account, nor it has returned my ATM, I have logged a Complaint with NCB call Center, they have asked me to wait until 04-June, Can anyone help me in this regard, how to get bck the money, Quickpay Branch Exexutive have asked me to Visit D Branch after 24hrs and they will take d complaint and it will take a max of 1 Week
