If you're talking about the US currency you should be aware of the following:

Although they are still technically legal tender in the United States, high-denomination bills were last printed on December 27, 1945, and officially discontinued on July 14, 1969, by the Federal Reserve System.

In fact, most nations now by mutual agreement no longer produce banknotes higher than their equivalent of $100 USD in order to combat international money laundering. You're not likely to see currency exchanges accepting large denomination bank notes any time soon.

ya ,its not clear .I thot I didn't post it yet . OOoops! Sorry n thanks for replying .

I am actually talking about INdian 1000 Rs denominations which are not getting changed in UAE exchange ,saying that perhaps All of them have stopped taking it .
So , I am asking ,if somebody knows that one or some of the exchanges are still accepting it without compromise on the value return .
