Well Benfdil, You just choose a location or an activity (picnic, visit to an interesting place, or whatever) you would like to propose to fellow forum members, a date and time (leave some delay so that people can get organized), post a new discussion with the details and a significant title starting with [Expat.com meetup] + date + location and we can stick them to the top of the forum for a better visibility!
And you follow up on the participation, make the necessary bookings, etc.
It's very easy, just try it out!
