There is limited public transport to DPC. It is basically on top of a hill a long way from KL. You would need a car if you stayed there. The waterfront is the name of the small and overpriced shopping/cafe area. It does have a large park and lake which is popular with dog owers.
There is also this rental advertised - its one-bed unit.
