is there a wholesale electronics market in Cambodia ?

or a market specializing in electronics accessories ?

i heard about the SEZ areas around the country; but do they sell goods to the public or just produce them for export ?

im looking to buy electronics accessories in bulk - i've not been to Vietnam yet but some say that these kind of goods are cheaper here.

any info is much appreciated.
