Hi All,

I would like to ask if anyone has an idea about getting a passport for newborn baby, I am a Filipina and my Husband is Pakistani, My question is to which nationality the baby will be? or can I get 2 passport for the baby in both embassy?

Am surprised you do not know about which nationality the baby will be...Anyway not to sound condescending i have been to the Philippines and i know your law allows dual citizen, there fore your baby can have both parents passports, if the baby was born here you need to go to your embassy in Abu Dhabi and register him/her as Philippines citizen.

I do not know about your husbands side but am sure he also needs to just go to his embassy and apply for a passport for your baby as the babies dad. When your baby is of age he/she can then choose which passport to travel on.
