Insurance

Do Health insurance is possible for foreign nationals..?

if you have paid all your greek taxes etc and got the right documents it shouldnt be a problem.

Yes, as long as you have a residence permit (green card). What kind of social insurance youŽll get depends on your job and also where you live. Normally, if you work for someone, your boss will have to insure you through IKA. I live in a village, so I have OGA (the farmersŽ social insurance).

as the above have mentioned you are covered as long as you have a job and you have taken care of all your papers to be a legal resident and work legally in Greece. this covers you for national healthcare either by you paying for it through TEVE(OAEE) the insurance fund for the self employed,IKA the insurance fund for the employees(this gets paid from your employer. the other funds work similar. if you do not wish to have National healthcare you can always refer to an Insurance Agent for Healthcare Insurance programs they may offer.
