I'm currently working in Makkah, and I've planed to marry a Saudi girl. But soon I will have to return to my country, so is it possible get marriage certificate from outside of KSA?
Other thing is, next year I will be working in Dubai, with "Iqama" from UAE, I'm allowed to travel and marry a Saudi girl?

Hi, No you have to apply for a saudi visa to be able to visit the country. Good wished for your nuptial life.

Can you give me a bit more info? for e. can I go there with Umrah visa for marriage? how long should I stay? Do I need valid Iqama? What paper do I have to bring with me?
