Thanks for your suggestion; it would be very nice to arrange that.
Just wonder; how many expats people from Hail are registered here?
I think in Hail, the most appropriate place to meet up is at one of the public parks.

There are many public parks in Hai'l. However , err on the side of safety and the conservative of nature of this particular city
