Sadara SMP's

Gents,

My Name is Ben and i come from the Netherlands.
I am working now at a Dutch company contracted temporarily with Sadara. My assignment in KSA is terminated end of April, but now i am considering to work at Sadara permanently and Sadara agreed my application.
However there is a small issue. Sadara wants to hire me through SMP.

I don't have any idea how SMPs work. I have investigated and asked some colleagues from India and Philippines about their SMP. Feedback were not really nice.

Do anyone know a good and reliable SMP who has contract with Sadara.
Appreciate if anyone would tell if there is SMP hiring people from Europe.
