Sorry I cannot help you directly, but you may be interested in my recent experience with ANB bank.
I applied for a personal loan in the amount of 70,000 SAR, recently.
In the end, I left the bank with 100,000 SAR with a 4.5% payback scheme over the course of 18 months. My company direct deposits to ANB, so that helped with the formalities.
Just some food for thought.
