Good specialist for Psoriasis in Mauritius?

Hello,
Anybody knows a good specialist for Psoriasis in Mauritius?  Or if there is any support groups and homeopathy treatment clinic for this particular condition?

Many thanks!

Psoriasis has no remedy. It can be mild as well as acute. All you have to do is to avoid stress, anxiety, dirt, some kind of foods, use soft creams, etc. I've visited a lot of practitioners around the island and spent a lot for my kid. Inbox me and I'll provide you with the name of the last doctor I visited in Port-Louis and whom I can assure you know his job.

Hi
Just looking at some local groups to see if anyone has put anything in about Psoriasis and have come up with the following information from them. I have just copied what they have said when someone asks for any help with their Psoriasis - although I know it is a difficult condition, but if some relief can be got with any of the below suggestions then I would try each one - but use for say one month each one so you can see if there is an improvement.

One of my sons suffers with Psoriasis and finds when he visits us in Mauritius, being outside in the sun helps greatly, it seems to almost disappear , I know a friend in the UK goes for sunbeds to help her Psoriasis.

Here is the information that I have found:
1. .facebook.com/NovavidaLtd
2. One mum commented that her child's psoriasis improved greatly using Papaya oil or Papaya And Argan oil mixed together. Homeopathic
3. Another mum said she uses Simply Bee - Propolis Liquid again homeopathic
4. Another mum said she uses AFRICAN POTATO CREAM', a natural alternative to cortisone treatments for psoriasis - again Homeopathic
5. Another mum plus 3 more recommends : http://www.labosmascareignes.com/
6. Another recommends using pure coconut oil - Homeopathic
7. 3 mums recommend Dr Fakim .Rose Hill tel ; 464 9576
8. 7 mums recommend the Dermatologist  Dr Schoutens at Clinic Darne, they say she is very good but gets booked up quickly Tel: 601 2300

Hope this has been of some help to you
