Hi,
I am planning to move with my family to KL in June end. My employer has agreed to provide accommodation for a period of 2 weeks within which I have to find a flat / apartment.
My office is at KL Sentral. My budget is 1300 at the max.
Please provide me leads to some areas from where I can commute to office without much fuss with the budget that I have got.
Leads to rental agents are also welcome.

Live in the Sentral area itself (Brickfields). Its an Indian quarter. For flat sharing look up www.ibilik.my and www.mudah.com.my. Your budget may be a little low to have a place to yourself though but look up what is available on one of the property online sites such as iproperty, propertyguru, etc.
You can live anywhere that is on one of the train lines, because they all go to Sentral station. The LRT is one of the most efficient. To get a property within your budget you will have to look quite a way outside KL area.
If you have a school-going child, remember you will have to enrol them in private education as foreigners don't get places in government schools.
