Treatable STIs in Saudi and visas

SO, I had unprotected sex in another country before coming here. I have been having symptoms of an STI. I have yet to do my medical for my company and am wondering if they check for STIs like chlamydia and gonorrhea during the medical evaluation.

If it positive will they deport me? I know for HIV and syphillis they do but I am wondering for treatable infections.

Also, If I go to a gyno here and the test comes up positive for a treatable STI are they required to report it?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think they deport for treatable STIs.  But if you want to avoid that risk; take single dose of 2g of Azithromycin and 500 mg of ciprofloxacin.  Should be adequate treatment for both unless it's a strain which is resistant.  No side effects except for upset stomach.
