There is a section under Classifieds (Green Banner above) where you could check if there are any people also looking for business partners. The paid up capital required for a 100% foreign-owned company is RM1 million and if you have a Malaysian majority holding partner (a requirement) the paid up capital that needs to be invested in the company balance sheet is only RM350,000.
You need a company to get an employment pass.
