Extended stay in a hotel for 8 month close to Golden Valley

Hi,

I'm looking for a long term stay in a hotel (May to December 2015.

Has anybody a suggestion ? I have an offer from a pretty good hotel in Bothataung for 900 US $ monthly incl breakfast, TV, AC, Wifi, room service - the normal hotel life. Payable, daily, monthly - whatever you like. But it is a bit far from Golden Valley.

Has anybody heard about quality of "Comfort Inn" ? Or Mingalar Garden Resort ? Mingalar might be more expensive but Comfort Inn should be lower than 900.

A hotel room is cheaper than to go for these Hellprices of apartments

Would be nice if somebody could help me
