Want to know if this accommodation is worth

Hello everybody,

As I'm new to Bahrain and I will be shifting by this month end I came across the following ad in sumother website.
I will be really grateful if you could advice me on renting th accommodation with following details:

Area : Al Hoora(near girls secondary school)
Room : single bed room
Rent : 100 BHD
Including : electricity, water, AC, WiFi, TV cable.
Furniture : only cupboard & AC
Bathroom : sharing
Kitchen : sharing (min cooking)

Pros: Native flat mate, near to my bus route, spacious room.
Cons : need to buy cot, mattress, table.
