Pretty sure there is one called Sarawat at the Jeddah International Mall (behind La Meridin -sorta). I have never been, but many asian women on my compound like shopping there. Also many Star Markets carry asian products

best Chinese restaurant is P.F. CHANGS it's in Le Mall, Prince Mohammed Bin AbdulAziz street (Al Tahlia St.).
