I am researching sri lanka as a suitable place for my Australian mother in law to retire. She has partial paralysis so would need full support but is looking to live in her own rented house with her dog and possibly live in help. Any information regarding reputable home help agencies and bungalows with secured garden would be greatly appreciated.
