Papeete - HELP!

I am currently engaged in negotiations for a relocation to Papeete. I have done quite some research on the cost of living in Papeete but have found that the information available is very limited. I would greatly appreciate some information on the true costs of accommodation (2/3 bedrooms city centre), the electricity costs, vehicle rental, insurance and fuel costs. What the average grocery bill per month would be based on a family of 3. As well as what the average budget would be for entertainment/activities to enjoy the island and its surrounds.

I have also found a website but I do not know how accurate the info is as there have not been many contributors to the information (url is below, please update if you have some time, would also be a great help    )
