You will not have to surrender any licenses. They will probably need to verify the license for authenticity and there might be an eye-test. However, G.C.C licenses can be converted in other states.

Also in Oman, males are allowed to take only Manual licenses and Automatic is only an option for ladies. With this logic, they might not accept an automatic license.
