Apparently there is a center for taking TOEFL. ETS Website You will have to register through their website ets.org.

I have been looking around for this but could not find any in yanbu. I saw the service available in Madina and Jeddah and quite expensive. Around 2000-2600 SAR for training. I started to prepare on my own by taking online classes and it is helping me.
