College/University that offer courses during Weekends & After Office?

Rmit Vietnam offer English speaking courses. (There would be some others but it's the first name appear in my mind).
I'm not so sure about weekends & after working time.

Tell me more about what kind of course you want to study so I can help you to ask.

Is the Saigon International University and RMIT near the District 2? Because I am live in District 2 An Phu.
