Hi guys, I just want to ask... I have a 2year contract here in Saudi, and I am having my vacation real soon and I am planning not to come back in my current employer, because of management issues, and they are not giving any release papers unless you finish your contract. Is it true that if you do not finish your contract you will not be able to enter and work in Saudi again? is there any legal and proper way to end my contract as soon as possible? Please help. Thanks

don't share your plans of escaping. lol :-)
anyway, it's your decision to do that. and when you decide to go back, remember that Saudi visas are now very difficult to get and they are very strict.

is there a legal way? yes, there is that is called resignation.

maybe members here who did it can give you advice.

Usually the contract document would have mentioned about the ending of contract clause from both sides, just read that. May be you will have to go through a longer notice period after putting in your papers.
