I'm from Morocco. And i want to buy a simple flat in sevilla. ( In Poligono sur ) for +/- 15 . nO RISK000 Euros.
I need your advices. Is it a goog area? No problem when the room remains closed for some months when i am in
Morocco. No problem?

I recommend Tranio.com. You can choose apartments in Sevilla from 100,000 euros or even cheaper if you submit a request by filling a special form. I don't understand what your budget is, though.
