Hello Kendra07,
It will take you roughly 15 hours to get to Kampala by bus.
Kampala Coach will charge around KES. 2000 to KES. 4500 one way depending on day of travel and the seat you choose.
If you fly, it's 1 hour 10 minutes max, and the return flight will cost you KES. 26,500 to KES. 33,000 depending on which airline you are flying.
