I am a Sri Lanka born British Citizen, oping to build a house on a plot of land I own In Battaramulla. Are there any restrictions for a non citizen for obtaining planning permission or building and if so how can I overcome them.

Hi there
If you are already own it there won't be any restrictions to build the house. if you need any help with finding a reliable construction guys let me know. try and avoid construction companies as their rates are over the roof and can help you with good individuals much reasonable rates.
