thanks for the information. thats what i thought the price cost is about. but I'm surprise its pretty cheap compare to other places. but most western websites are overcharging for these apartments.

They are not in Phu My Hung, they're outside of it, that's why they're so cheap yet nice. I lived there (Era Town) and own two condos there myself so I'd know. 
Personally if you're going to choose one I'd go with Era Town since the traditional market is located right outside of it! It is an 80k taxi ride to Phu My Hung (because of the road not being done yet...) so best to live there if you drive motorbike.
