Hi everyone. . I will be making the move from Abu Dhabi to dubai soon and I was wondering if Rashidiya area is a good place to live ?!! meaning does it have new villas and new areas or is it just an old part of dubai ?! Many thanks

Its a blend of new and old ones, nice area if you're in to peace and serenity, away from the general buzz of Dubai
And yea, closer to the airport if you travel a lot
