Below will be your expenses for two members family. KD 700 is not good salary in Kuwait for two persons.
house rent KD 250-300
food+travel+outing KD 250
others KD 50
You can save KD150.
Please let me know your years of experience, qualification, current salary ,domain and technology.

In India post graduate doctor earns very good salary. If you come to Kuwait you should get at least KD 2000-2500 or more then it is worth

Yes it is okay. If you prefer house rent of 300-350 and any regular school (other then American or British one!they are expensive). So go a head and stay with your family...

First of all sorry for viewing your post late. I believe that KD 3300 jointly drawn by you and your wife is a good enough amount for you guys to have a very good lifestyle and have good savings too. I would say go for it.
