I am totally in love with “your” country and have made the decision that I want to lean the language (almost fluent) but via conversation with an american and not by going to school or taking an online course.
My idea is to get in touch with an American who might be interested in some kind of "give and take" situation where we can learn language and culture from each other.

I am an American, but have only been in Copenhagen a year now and my Dansk is probably rudimentary at best, though it is getting better. A blogger on this site made the observation that learning Danish from a foreigner is easier than learning from a native, and I actually think they are right, lol.
