born in ksa spend my all life over here transfered my sponsorship from student to bank ...recently i have submitted my resignation but my bank is willing to send me on final exit force.am i eligible to file a complaint against them in labor court.please advise because i am running out of time.

go immediate to customer service in LABOR OFFICE AND explain your case with documents.

As you have gone on a local transfer from your fathers sponsorship , they can't send you on exit !
Have you violated the contract ?
Like resigning before completing the signed contract ?
I am sure MOL would assist you regarding this !
