can some one tell me about medical insurance card.i am bringing my family on visit for three months next month inshallah.is it necessary to make medical insurance card for my family now on visit visa.if yes then how much cost will come on one person.and where and which hospital i can made this one in estern region.

It depends on which category you required. You can straight away contact BUPA medical insurance company for it. BUPA is most lenient in application process but their customer service is poor.
