Dear friend
Even I am going to move to Industrial Yanbu next month and your post may help me too. But of course, there are no tubes 
or any other public transport. I am going to buy a car and will commute to my college. I come from Chandigarh, a very lively place to live in and here in Badr, it is very difficult to survive with no malls, parks, etc.
