I have submitted my documents for my mother permanent visa. As I know it has been approved and now I need to visit Istiqdam office to approach one of their counters for visa. But, when I go there they are asking to get the appointment first. Unfortunately nobody explain from where to take appointment. I cannot find anything on their website. Can anybody in this forum explain, please.

Hello

You have MOI account ? www.moi.com.sa if yes you can get the appoimpint from logging in to ur account.if no then creat the account it will take less then hour

Difficult topic, In every Jawazt they have special counter for parents permanent Iqama. Lots of requirements but you can visit the Jawazat site or visit the nearest office to jet the update on this issue.
