Hello everyone,

Does any of you know how does the renewal of occupation permit works? I have a friend who was on probation and who lost his job without notice. How long does he have to look for a new job (in regards to the visa/boi)

He normally has 1 month to leave the country.

In case he finds a new job, he needs a no-objection letter from previous employer. If this is not possible, then the applicant needs to leave country and return on a business visa.
