Hi you need to be a qualified teacher to get a job. Mostly westerners although some Indians from India work in good schools (often in shortage subjects). Some bad schools hire unqualified expats (white only as it fits the image) to fill teaching positions (not support positions).

As you are neither from a western country or India you chances are very very low. Almost nil. To get a work permit you will need a degree and teaching certification acceptable to the Moe as a min.
