How much does it cost to live in Myanmar? A lot!

> accommodation prices...The highest I have ever paid...not even in Europe you pay so much money for a house/apartment.

> public transportation fares (tube, bus etc.)...taxis...a trip from Bahan township to Bogyoke market between $2.50 to $3.00, coming back around $4.00

> food prices (your monthly budget) for two persons $400

> health prices (for those who need medical insurance) $50 a consultation

> education prices (if you need to pay) N/A

> energy prices: electricity...around $20 a month

> common bills (Internet $30 per month (1 GB a day), television $150 a year (cable TV, Movies/news/ect.), telephone N/A, mobile phone $10 a month

> price for a good menu in a traditional restaurant...they vary...from $10 a meal

> price for a coffee or a drink...coffee is not good, near Bogyoke market you can pay $2.50 per small cup of latte. Natural juice between $2 and $3

> price for cinema tickets...best seats around $3
