Hi all, does anybody have a rough guide price on a existing 3 storey property anywhere in the old quarter area of Hanoi for business purposes.

Bad area to look for property - they are starting urban renewal projects.

Besides Ho Chi Minh City does more business in a day than Ha Noi in a month! And the winters are cold.

Okay thank you, im aiming at a bar/guesthouse for backpackers and only have experienced Hanoi and Da nang as part of my physical research. Ho Chi Minh city is on my list for this second half of the new year.

Da Nang is not a hot tourist spot. HOI AN is as well as HUE - both close by Da Nang.
