Hi all , my name is nuri i came from indonesia , and i would like to apply university , but they dont know exactly the rule of residence holder , one part they said residence permit holder have ability to join as local , second part they said no ! I should join as foreign , i dont know exactly advantage of permit residence holder in romania ? Anybody have experience about this? Merci for share

If you are a Permanent Residency permit holder, then you get all the benefits of a citizen; including the minimal costs for university.

But if you are on work permit, or family member permits; then you pay like foreign students.
