I'm living in Cambodia and I will move to Mandalay in march. I need some tips for our moving: house rental price and real estate company contacts, kindergarden/school address...
We will need a nanny and maid, is it easy to find a reliable one?
Any kind of tips are welcome!

In mandalay, usually u can only rent a whole house or whole building. They dont rent for a unit unlike yangon.
Pricing 280,000ks - 2,000,000ks , 1 year upfront.
There are a few real estate companies but usually is faster to get freelance brokers. Broker fees usually 1 month rental.
Maids are not easy to find.

If you rent your place through local broker, ask him to find the maid and nanny. I hope you find someone who is helpful.
